Brian Croft is Senior Pastor of Auburndale Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky and is the Founder of Practical Shepherding. He is also Senior Fellow for the Mathena Center for Church Revitalization and an adjunct professor at The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is the husband of Cara and father of four children, son, Samuel and daughters, Abby, Isabelle, and Claire. He has served in pastoral ministry for twenty-four years, while serving the last fifteen of those years as Pastor of Auburndale Baptist Church.
Brian has written or contributed to over twenty books to help serve pastors and church leaders on the practicalities of pastoral ministry. One of Brian’s most recent books, Biblical Church Revitalization was a finalist for book of the year in 2016 with The Gospel Coalition. In addition to his writing, Brian travels all over the world preaching at local churches, speaking at conferences, and training pastors.
